My activities as a product expert and Atlassian consultant were very varied. My main goal was to guide Tempo customers on the path to success in using the Tempo product suite. I conducted product demonstrations for clients from all over the world, from small companies to enterprise organisations. I also pioneered and developed Tempo's webinar program which has become a major driving force in Tempo's customer acquisition process. Close contact with Tempo Partner companies was a big part of this job and I acted as Tempo's representative at partner conventions across Europe. As an Atlassian consultant I helped Icelandic customers setup and configure their JIRA instances to their needs.
