Reporting to Adobe’s CMO, Alex leads an Emmy-nominated advertising & content studio, a quota-bearing performance marketing organization (advertising, search, social and email), and a world-class events team. Alex's team of 200 works to builds the brand and drive demand across Adobe's $11B+ portfolio of products in both B2B and B2C businesses. Alex was also the product lead for from 2011 to 2017, helping grow the ecommerce business from $400m to >$1b.

Alex led strategy and execution for all of Adobe's creative and content, earning over 150 major advertising and design awards. He also oversaw the creation of an industry-leading in-house performance marketing team, including in-house ad buying, search engine and email marketing, all to accelerate B2C and B2B demand across Adobe's businesses.

Head of Global Marketing Operations (Macromedia, Inc.)

Reporting to Macromedia's CMO, Alex redefined and documented all of the marketing processes around launches of tools including Flash, Dreamweaver, and Director, raising the consistency and volume of marketing output while cutting execution time down by 30%. During the $3.4b acquisition of Macromedia by Adobe, Alex was selected as the marketing leader for the integration team, and defined how Macromedia's marketing teams would fold into Adobe after acquisition close.
