About

My mission is to help individuals and businesses grow through tailored development, technology-forward thinking, and meaningful data and insights. For the past 15+ years, I've worked across consulting, biz dev, strategic partnerships, product integrations, people ops, marketing, events, and learning and development (L&D). My development work includes designing and managing high-impact people dev programs across the private, nonprofit, and public sectors, at companies like Microsoft, Google, Verizon, and Harvard. Additionally, I built the L&D infrastructure at a high-growth tech company, LiveIntent, including the creation of manager standards, performance management process, and employee engagement surveys. My technology and data-driven work includes running product partnerships for the people/HR technology platform, Harri, building the talent acquisition startup, Beacon Talent, and leading the growth team at the leadership training company, LifeLabs Learning. I thrive on supporting people to be the best versions of themselves, staying connected and committed to their goals, and building healthy, generative companies and communities. My varied work experience has afforded me a dynamic perspective and appreciation for the unique challenges of each individual, team, and organization.

We study what makes great managers and employees different from average and teach the "tipping-point skills" we identify: the smallest changes that make the biggest impact in the shortest time. We teach all over the world, in-person and virtually. Our workshops are science-based and packed with practical tools and exercises.
