Andrea is currently the VP of Growth at iCracked (09/2017-Present), a provider of iPhone, iPad, and Galaxy cell phones and tablets repair services. iCracked is a fully-owned subsidiary of SquareTrade and Allstate. At iCracked, he supervises all company accounts (including direct-to-consumer) owning the company's entire PnL. Andrea is also solely in charge of all BD and new product initiatives. Andrea personally engineered and secured the acquisition of iCracked by SquareTrade/Allstate in 2019. Previously, Andrea was Head of Business Development and Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations at SquareTrade, the global leader in extended warranty services for consumer electronics and mobile phones. During 4 years at SquareTrade, reporting directly to the CEO/founder, he led more than 20 studies in major EU countries on extended warranty and insurance, as well has having solid experience in the design, implementation and account management of extended warranty & insurance products for consumer use. Andrea launched insurance operations in 6 countries and propelled SquareTrade EU from inception to European leader with over $100 MM annual revenues. After 2.5 years in Europe, Andrea returned to SquareTrade US where he and his team were instrumental in the company's $1.45 Billion acquisition by Allstate in 2017. Andrea has personally designed and executed large ($10M-100M) deals and partnerships with all the global leading extended warranty / device insurance companies including Asurion, Assurant, Brightstar, Allianz, BNP Paribas and AIG. He is among the top global experts in the field of device protection, extended warranty and device repair, holding tremendous industry knowledge and a profound understanding of the entire value chain. Andrea designed and executed large ($10M-100M) distribution partnerships with the world's largest retailers (Amazon, Media/Saturn, Target), OEMs (Apple, Google, Samsung) and carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Telenor, H3G). He is a member of CTIA and maintains board-level relations with the world's top carriers, phone manufacturers, insurers and retailers. Andrea holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as having attended Harvard Business School, The University of Tokyo (Todai), HEC Paris and Bocconi University.

Serving as VP of growth at iCracked I have managed all company accounts (including direct-to-consumer) owning the company's entire PnL. Together with my team, I grew iCracked from a B2C, online-only player to the leading on-demand repairer in the world, personally signing partnerships with Verizon, Amazon, Telefonica (#1 telco in Germany), Rogers (#1 telco in Canada), Asurion (1# mobile insurer in US). I also supervised the expansion in Japan where we are now the leading brick and mortar device repair company (35 shops in high-traffic, central locations). I hired a number of top executives and, with their help, completely reshaped the company structure and operations to effectively serve our large accounts in the US and worldwide. I have personally engineered and secured iCracked's acquisition by Allstate, the most prominent deal in the industry in years, which received ample press coverage.
