My role at Guardian is focused on the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy that will allow for accelerated growth in the developing digital ecosystem . My work requires that I have a deep understanding of the end-to-end market players, including brokers, clients and technology service providers, as we develop and test hypotheses geared towards revolutionizing how insurance is delivered. I am charged with exploring insurtech, HR tech and other digital ecosystems, with an eye for unique opportunities for Guardian to participate. Inherent with the role are responsibilities for developing business cases for organizational investment, go-to-market strategies and reporting tools to ensure our strategies are achieving the anticipated growth goals.

My work at Lockton includes roles with the Lockton HR Technology Outsourcing Practice and with Mylo Benefits. My core responsibilities are to provide consulting services related to ben admin system vendor selection, implementation and ongoing client engagements. My day-to-day work includes vendor and channel partner management, contract /SLA development and review and strategic direction. I manage client engagements ranging from 500 to 16,000 eligible employees. Client engagements include full HRO/BPO outsourcing, with project oversight that is inclusive of ben admin configuration, associate employee benefit communication strategies, insurance carrier implementation, spending account set up, COBRA/Direct Bill installation and carrier/payroll data interchange. In addition to the consulting work, I provide support on new business opportunities by managing marketing proposals and finalist presentations to prospective clients.

Managed client team for regional broker with a proprietary ben admin and billing platform. Role included managing a staff of 12, improving processes, new business development and strategic planning.

Managed the client services team and marketing efforts for nationwide FSA/HSA/HRA/COBRA TPA. While working in this capacity, revenues more than tripled, and the organization experienced unprecedented growth.
