I’m a strategic sourcing and supply chain leader with a strong background in technology and finance. I have managed over $6 billion spend contributing $600M million savings in the last ten years. I managed teams and led commercial deals in building mission critical infrastructure which brought economic growth, sustainable future and prosperity to communities. I was the 4th employee of a fast-growing European Energy company which gave me opportunity to build high performing teams and successfully manage all commercial aspects of a multibillion dollar start up in an agile, high risk and volatile environment. I have also led mission critical strategic sourcing events in support of providing green and sustainable energy resources in California. I am passionate about building strength-based teams, applying their diverse skills and bringing out their potentials to achieve common purpose. I have a proven success record in contributing to the growth of a start-up firm as well as large organizations. WHY? My purpose in life is to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations. I’m passionate about bringing out uniqueness of each individual and embracing exponential growth in technology reshaping our future. On a personal note, I enjoy learning about different cultures, trying new experiences and exploring new places around the world. I have visited over 50 countries and attended two World Cups and an Euro Cup! When I’m not at work, you can find me bungee jumping off the Victoria Falls Bridge in Africa, on a balloon ride in Myanmar or hiking in Machu Pichu. My favorite quote “Everybody is a genius.
