Led a company-wide business operations initiative that accounts for the seasonality in market operations and commitments to campus and city partners. This initiative informs how Spin operates globally today. Built a real estate program that gave us the ability to both go to market quicker and exit a market quicker. Today the program is owned and managed by the real estate team at Spin.
