Ashraf Monzur

VP, Global IT

How does this work?

A results driven global IT leader, who has succeeded at all ends of the corporate spectrum (start up to enterprise, private to public IPO), architected and completed the lifecycle objective of an IT organisation to deliver excellence whilst building and maintaining productivity, scale and compliancy in highly sophisticated environments. I’ve consulted on CIO advisory panels, projects, enterprise platform testing/deployments and delivered keynotes for companies such as Google, Instagram, Slack, WeWork and many more.

Cheetah Digital

VP, Global IT

Having joined Vector Capital's due diligence team to help assess the divestiture of the global business from Experian and proposing a unification/stand up strategy for all global IT segments (Support, Infrastructure, Engineering, Applications), I then went on to join the new business (Cheetah Digital) in leading and executing upon the plan that we'd architected prior to taking ownership of the business. We successfully exited our IT TSA (Transfer of Services Agreement) ahead of schedule, along-side standing up net new systems, policies, processes and partners. We carved out an on-prem only business and transformed it to an XaaS model whilst not only migrating legacy data but also ensuring revenue protection by maintaining BAU globally. Subsequent to the carve out from Experian, I have owned the M&A IT elements of divesting part of the legacy business (sale of Ember Point), as well as technology integrations for the acquisitions we have made within Cheetah Digital (Wayin, Stellar Loyalty).
