Launched a company rebrand and website, including social media therapy microbrands for community engagement. Signed and executed institution-wide partnership deal with MD Anderson Cancer Center, the US #1 top ranked cancer network with ~10% of US patient volume. Co-developed early go-to-market strategy with AMCs, regional health systems, IDNs, and commercial payers towards value-based care arrangements. Concepted and led product vision, branding, and experience design. Launched patient-facing real-time symptom management mobile app, nurse-facing care management portal, oncologist-facing EMR-integrated dashboard for clinical workflow and decision support, and streaming/microservices data platform that integrates directly with EMRs, pharma datasets, and clinical resources for data ingestion and processing. In our 6-month consulting engagement with Neurotrack, Oxeon D&D launched the product in over 100 different countries and grew the user base from 781 to 87,500 members, a 112x growth. I was the interim lead product manager, leading the revamp of marketing website, diagnostic app experience, digital coaching platform, DTC and insurance commercialization, test result redesign, and user growth scaling. About Neurotrack: Neurotrack is a digital health company dedicated to the development of non-invasive cognitive health assessment tools that will enable earlier and more effective evaluation of patients who may be at risk for cognitive decline. Our technology is based on 20-years of research from Emory University and leverages computer vision/machine learning to predict the onset of Alzheimer's disease three to six years before symptoms occur. Our platform and research helps advance research of treatments for cognitive diseases like Alzheimer's and is currently in clinical trials with partner labs at Brown University, Stanford University, Karolinska Institutet, New York University, Harvard University, Janssen, University of Southern California, and Emory University. Product manager at athenahealth, where I led a team of engineers and designers to create new digital tools for clinical decision support. Epocrates is rated the #1 mobile medical app (Manhattan Research), with over 1 Million active users and 50% of US physicians. Projects: - Product Owner for the Patient Context Interoperability Project, which built a platform service for EHR interoperability and a mobile app for AI-enabled, patient-specific clinical intelligence. - Product owner of DocAlert, Epocrates’ highest-revenue commercial product (mid 8-figures annually), which generates 60% of the company’s revenue. - Worked with senior leadership to design and develop Epocrates Clinical Search Advertising from inception to launch, our newest and highest-acclaimed commercial product. As product development lead, my team delivered an MVP in half the original timeline. Enabled market feedback which led to 7-figure interest in pilot partnerships. - Commercialized athenaClinials enterprise EHR platform with pharmaceutical clients by delivering patient savings coupons dynamically within the clinical order workflow - aligning business needs, client success, and user (physician and patient) needs. This product will contribute an additional 7-figures in revenue and is expected to double next year. - Internally recruited to work closely with Epocrates Product and Strategic Design leadership to devise a 5-Year strategy and vision for the company, developing concepts for the future of clinical decision support. Through the Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (SEED) and the d.School, we partnered with iDE Cambodia (International Development Enterprises) to design a new product and service to improve agricultural livelihoods and public health for rural Cambodian subsistence farmers. Prototyped mechanical and chemical solutions to close the sanitation loop, designed business models to drive public health development through social enterprise, and conducted in-field ethnographic research for design insights. Developed novel product and market solution that improves both agricultural output and sanitation public health.
