Previously, Britt was the founder & CEO of Mily (formerly known as Kin), a residential brand designing and operating housing focused on the changing needs of urban young families. Prior to starting Kin, Britt’s career spanned the intersection of real estate, hospitality and technology, across companies like Common, Airbnb and Amcor Holdings. Britt also earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, focused on technology, entrepreneurship and real estate, and started her career focused on strategy consulting for Fortune 500 companies while at Monitor Deloitte. Originally from Montreal, Britt speaks 4 languages (English, French, Hebrew and Spanish), and presently calls New York City home, while working on her next career adventure.
