Primarily responsible for creating and implementing all network development strategies for Western Region including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare lines of business. Successful development of extensive behavioral health Tele-health network of providers utilizing both originating sites and in-home services with over 6,000 unique members served. Developed and implemented Beacon's first provider Medi-Cal enrollment program.

Responsible for building and developing provider network. • Lead analysis of aggregate data sets to identify opportunities for improvement of organizations, facilities, FQHCs, group practices, and practitioners. • Create strategic plan and interface with providers to improve performance, member experience, and value. • Lead coordination with clinical, operations, network development and utilization teams at Beacon to develop performance measures, goals, and strategies for providers around quality, training, and member engagement. • Consult, educate, and train strategic providers on credentialing , contracting, EDI claims submission, and billing to maximize returns and streamline processes. Open Minds Conference - August 16th, 2017 OPEN MINDS Management Best Practices Institute, Long Beach, California Guest panelist for a town hall discussion on Payer/Provider Partnerships. The session focused on provider collaboration with managed care organizations and explored how providers can demonstrate their value and develop successful partnerships with local market payers.

Opened 11 new CARD offices, responsible for planning, site location, budgeting, hiring, and training of employees in Phoenix, Austin, Boston, Virginia, Chicago, Thousand Oaks, Woodland Hills, Berkeley, Temecula, San Marcos, and Riverside, CA.
