Lead author for a technical approach to digital chain of custody and long-term data integrity for health information management systems. Deputy Project Manager for $1 Million task focused on integrating cryptographic binding into a series of cross domain solution products to aid in prevention of data spillage. Managed team of 7 and budget of $900k in developing prototype system for next generation information assurance functionality within mobile biometric capture device.
