My responsibilities as Product Manager at QuickBase are to own our product strategy and roadmap for workflow automation & integration while leading agile development teams to deliver high-value new product functionality. Examples of key projects: - New product development - Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our first ever workflow automation & integration product to allow customers to easy build sophisticated app integrations and automations. - Strategic product partnerships - Developed and own partnerships and integrations to enable customers to connect data & apps to 750+ 3rd party services. - High-value enhancements - Owned and developed the roadmap for the entire QuickBase product representing $80 MM+ annual revenue. Lead agile development teams to deliver high-value enhancements such as Webhooks, Actions, Enterprise Governance, and query performance improvements resulting in a 25% reduction in request time. - Product launch & enablement - Composed feature documentation, release notes, customer messaging, and training for new functionality. Trained customer success, care, sales, and partner teams to drive adoption and capture customer learnings. - Customer insights & research - Operated numerous early access programs to test value, usability, and get customer feedback throughout the development cycle. Examined competitive landscape, customer feedback, and analyzed product usage to develop and prioritize product roadmap. - New User Community - Lead a cross-functional group to launch a new User Q&A Community that provides better engagement, analytical, and moderation capabilities. Successfully migrated from older technology and closed a TSA on-time to avoid financial penalties.

Examples of key projects: - Improved customer feedback loop - Designed and implemented a new process for capturing and evaluating customer feedback to create better customer engagement and insights for the product team. - Secured additional investment - Worked with SLT to secure additional funding and increase development efforts on my roadmap from 1 product owner and 3 scrum teams to 2 product owners and 5 scrum teams. - Customer insights & research - Lead research on mobile capabilities, and developed new product usage analytic capabilities and process to aid product team in making fast informed decisions. - Product representation - Represented the product and business during numerous customer visits, industry/user conferences, and analyst research studies. - Partnership & procurement - Negotiated and improved product partnerships with Google Maps and UserVoice to create a more integrated product experience, reduce annual cost by over $50k, and add new platform capabilities.
