As a senior member of the EA Digital Platform group, I: • Take part in setting vision and strategy for the platform • Establish processes and procedures around development, testing, ops, and program management. • Owner of engineering contracting agreements with external vendors, in partnership with our Legal department. • Take part in automating internal business workflows for delivery effectiveness and cost efficiency. • Budget annual and quarterly budget planning and allocation across people, infrastructure, tools and vendor engagements. • Technology strategy and planning for better quality, delivery effectiveness and cost effectiveness. • Build highly skilled motivated engineering organization. • Establish short- and long-term engineering strategy setting quality bar high to ensure world’s best gaming experience for our customers. • Defined standards for completeness and comprehensiveness in test coverage across entire spectrum of application, microservices and SDKs that comprise EA Digital Platform. • Created a vision for internal Automation Tools Chain to enable development, QA and Operations teams for faster, more frequent, more accurate and effective unit, functional, integration, performance and deployment testing. • Defined set of quality attributes and KPIs to measure products/services quality level, readiness, and user experience with it. Worked for Vivonet Inc. responsible for successful delivery of its SaaS POS system for hospitality industry. • Scaled engineering organization to support product growth serving fast-growing customer base. • Have been leading offshore teams on project basis to deliver high quality products on time. • Responsible for defining roadmaps and plans ensuring reliable, easy to use and high-quality POS system for our customers around the globe. • Partnered with major payment providers to make sure our POS supports all major credit cards • Partnered with product team on successfully completing payment processing and sales recording certifications with payment providers and government agencies. • Ensured testing team follows best practices and using adequate tools for functional and performance testing on standard POS devices including mobile. • Have been working on test virtualization by installing local in-office test lab as well as deploying Amazon virtual environments to meet our testing needs. • Architected, designed and implemented automation framework to support test automation of Vivonet web, mobile and desktop applications. • Developed data synchronization system using .NET technology to improve and automate escalation handling process Netsuite, which is our CRM solution, and our automation and test tracking and planning tools. This is windows service .Net application implemented in C# using Netsuite and Rally WSDL having MS Server 2008 database at the backend for temporary storage.

QA Automation Engineer

• Interpreted manual test cases into data-driven automated tests and executed them using Mercury TestDirector/Quality Center in combination with Oracle’s internal automation tool PsScript, Quick Test and WinRunner. • Have been primary person for planning, designing, developing and executing automated suites for Canadian Payroll and secondary for US Payroll. • Developed small automated test suites like Build Acceptance Testing that runs up to 30 minutes, as well as big test suites like Canadian Payroll Regression Testing that runs up to 20 consecutive hours.
