With 35 plus years in the service industry, from a 'grass roots' start as a service engineer, to developing my career onto leading a 1,000 person European service operation, I am in a unique position to understand what makes a service organisation 'tick'. I have turned unprofitable service businesses around, introduced cloud based systems to develop sustainable growth and efficiency, whilst enhancing employee engagement. For the last 7 years i have experienced life in a fast growing SaaS start up eventually leading to its acquisition by GE for $1B. I am now focussing my efforts on my business Field Service Associates to help other companies build world class service organisations
