Support the Enterprise Automation Champion in building the roadmap for process automation programs based on analysis of effort required, risk, ROI, and other factors. Set up and manage Enterprise UiPath RPA Center of Excellence (CoE). Manage the complete RDLC (Initiation, Discover, Build, Test, Deploy, Support), RPA project. Work with development team product owners and scrum masters on project timelines, prioritization, and resource scheduling. Act as communication focal point across development teams for comprehensive stakeholder updates. Proactively engage with appropriate teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. Recommend improvements to process and approach for successful and timely implementations. Timely escalation/mitigations of delays and unresolved issues. Assist with project scoping and Plan driven/Agile hybrid solutions approach to drive impact through iterative development. Where necessary, facilitate design and planning sessions, and coordinate with teams to ensure ongoing progress toward scheduled deliverables.

The aim of the project is to educate youth on how to navigate the justice system in LA County. Product Management/Sr. Business Analyst: Volunteer Relationship Management System. Developing a two-sided market volunteer impact measurement and curated software development experience platform. Exploring how to infuse the ideas and methods of the Software Craftsmanship movement into our Volunteer organization. Business Analyst: Open Climate Collabathon LA Node 2020. Product Owner: Co-Living roommate compatibility matching app. Lead the design and building of a more efficient & effective solution for matching multiple individuals who experience homelessness and placing them in suitable shared housing living arrangements. Project Manager: LADOT TDM-Calculator. Using Agile Project Management framework to lead the building of a web-app that allows real estate developers to calculate how to reconcile their parking space building with the City of LA Mobility Plan 2035 Plan. I perform portfolio wide product & business analyst duties for the organization. Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements. What do the systems need to do, how do they do it, who do we need to get input from, and how do we get everyone to agree on what we need to do before we go and do it? Duties included managing data flows across a multi-state (CA/OR/WA) territory. Architected, led the development and managed the operations of digital workflow tools to support the desired business outcomes. Systems integrated include backend maintenance scheduling, customer relationship lifecycle management, vendor qualification and onboarding. Various COTS project management tools were consolidated into a single custom built application that lowered tool operating costs and increased operating efficiencies.

Responsible for building and managing diverse teams of business professionals and technologists to include business analysts, risk managers, networking engineers, system administrators, developers, computer scientists, business application developers, accountants, contractors and project managers. Co-developed complex private SaaS platform to manage and report 80+ fund investments as the firm aggressively grew assets under management from 3.0B to 7.5B. Additionally stabilized the IT infrastructure which assisted the owners to realize a 127M liquidity event. Utilized RAD/Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

I joined a privately held 3 year old start up as the first professional manager taking over operations from the co-founder. I re-architected, implemented, and managed the rapid growth of our PaaS eCommerce network; Growing it from $1.5M/mo in revenue to $8M/mo in revenue. I conceived, launched, and managed an Internet search engine optimization (SEO) marketing service,, that grew to $5M in annual revenue in 3 years. The development of this in-house marketing agency was a key element in the ability of the owners to reach their 36M liquidity event by selling to a publicly- traded media company in October 1999. Other projects of note are the successful design/build/operate of a global payment processing system. Scaled to handle $10m/month in transaction revenue,a 100Tb Media Asset Management system, and a global Content Delivery Network (CDN) optimized for Video distribution.

I grew and managed a Japanese Market software distribution company with 500+ reseller members that resulted in $100M in annual revenue. Secured localization rights/reseller/agent status with new software publishers. A few of note were Corel/Lotus/Microsoft/Inktomi/Portland Software/CheckPoint/iCat/Cyber Cash at product introduction in US. I launched specialty US-based Japanese-language ISP that has grown to several thousand monthly subscribers. We launched the first Japan-US international discount dial service with Tokyo Electric post Japanese local telecom deregulation in 1997. I am expert in extensive contract negotiation and contract management with Tier 1 and specialty networks (UUNet//GridNet/Cable & Wireless Plc./GTE/ATT/Bell Atlantic/PacBell/NTT/ TTNet/KDD/GlobalOne/IBMGlobal Network/GST Telecom/Hong Kong Telecom).
