Most recently I have been leading a product innovation programme to deliver new-to-market digital capabilities into the financial services sector, securing £3M initial funding to do so. I also have significant experience of transforming and managing product portfolios, setting-up and managing new product teams in the process and operating as part of a senior leadership team.
