In his current role, George and his team manages IT and OT Security for Petrofac - George Eapen was previously Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for GE Global Regions. In that role, George was responsible for defining Cyber Security strategy for Enterprise IT & OT for all the GE regions outside of US which account to $75B revenue for the Company and also provided strategic leadership to IT Security related projects & initiatives. -George has 12 years of global experience (USA, India, Singapore, Italy, China & Middle East) with multiple GE businesses (Healthcare, Aviation, Oil & Gas, Digital, Appliances) in diverse domains (Software development, Quality, Auditing, Infrastructure, Operations & Cyber Security). -George joined GE in 2006 with GE Healthcare in India and has since held roles of increasing responsibilities and progressed to his most recent role as Chief Information Security Officer for GE Global Regions. -George is a graduate of GE IT leadership program (ITLP), GE Six Sigma Black Belt program and graduate of GE Corporate Audit Staff (CAS), a fast track Executive leadership program of GE -International speaker on Cyber Security conferences- Presented Cyber Security topics in 30+ conferences as speaker or panelist in Middle East, USA, Portugal and UK including Gartner conference-2016, GISEC-2018, MILIPOL- 2017, Cloud MENA-2017.
