How does this work?

I've been a professional game developer for 25 years, the first 7 in the UK and the rest in the US and Canada where I am currently living. I've worked as an Artist, Lead, Project Manager, Outsource Manager, Art Director and Creative Director in teams from 8 to 230 people and have developed for PC, mobile and pretty much every console since the original PlayStation. I've been fortunate to work on games across many different genres (FPS, RPG, Strategy, Arcade, Adventure, MMO) with many excellent people at the following studios: Jagex, BioWare, 3D Realms, Confounding Factor, VIS Interactive and Bad Blood Studios. Collectively, the projects I have been part of have won over 500 awards and have generated more than a billion dollars in revenue.
