At VMware, I led Core Storage R&D team, responsible for vSphere storage technologies (file system, storage stack, storage management, etc.).  I previously led several storage, data protection, and availability teams and products (HA, Fault Tolerance, vSphere Replication, Site Recovery Manager, and backup).  Previously I managed the virtual machine platform and CPU virtualization teams at VMware.
