Tapjoy is the market leader in mobile advertising and monetization platform for mobile applications. Worked with CEO to raise Series C and D rounds, and helped to scale the company to >$100M in annual revenue in <2.5 years. Business success and operational excellence aside, what I loved about working at Tapjoy were the people and the finance & accounting team I built. I learned as much from them as I hope they did from me.

Endeca was a dream company with a dream team that shaped my business values and leadership style. I was one of the first 50 employees that helped to build and scale the company to >$50M in annual revenue. I believe that Endeca’s success was materially due to the careful hiring of diverse A-players and cultivating collaboration and problem solving without ego. Managed team of five on all aspects of accounting and finance operations, including financial and management reporting, revenue recognition (SOP 97-2), cash flow management and projections, budgeting process, international expansion in Europe and APAC, implementation of internal controls, AR, AP and payroll.
