Check it out here, or download our mobile app. Originally hired as an engineer, quickly promoted to team lead, and then promoted to Director to transform the engineering department from multiple disconnected product teams to one unified team, with a mission to build our new platform. Met tight delivery timelines while leading transformation of structure and process and supporting legacy products. • Implemented fungible squad structure to quicken the pace of prioritized work. Implemented kanban workflow and co-created discipline with teams to accurately estimate and tack delivery. • Lead team of 25+ engineers to iteratively deliver new products and working features. Work closely with team to build infrastructure and set high-level architectural direction. • Train and coach leaders on the team, resulting in multiple successful internal promotions.
