I build organizations that solve important social problems. I have launched and scaled three for-profits and non-profits working in the U.S. and globally. I love to bridge strategy and execution, develop and lead teams around mission and performance, and make things happen with limited resources. I have expertise in healthcare delivery (especially behavioral health), global health and international development. I am comfortable solving a wide range of strategic and tactical problems, from growth strategy to multi-site operations to organizational design and more.
