I was responsible for the roadmap for all product offerings, including the heavy haul marketplace for carriers and shippers to transact directly with one another, the Permit Estimator Tool, and pricing and matching algorithms. I spent the majority of my time as the PM overseeing how we scaled Customer Experience, Photography Operations, Sales, and Employee Experience teams. I mainly focused on scaling our Customer Experience team through the reduction of inbound volume and increased agent efficiency.
