Established in-country operations for leading U.S. agriculture corporation, timed with the lifting of the U.S. trade embargo against Vietnam and the normalization of relations. Established American Express' operations and credit card business. Prepared investment prospectuses on projects in food processing, bottling, television production, and private airline services for large U.S. investment fund.
