Our organization provided coaching guidance and best practice in the Agile, API and DevOps domains which includes the Developer Practice, Dojo, Learning Academy, and Coaching Office. I worked with IT teams and leaders within IT and Business to improve the way that we deliver value to Delta. We assisted in deploying 100+ APIs into production, supported ~2,500 developers at Delta Air Lines with CI/CD tools and in partnership with the Cloud Engineering team has provided pipeline capabilities, sample applications, and container configurations for our on-prem cloud solution and public cloud capabilities. Finally, our agility program that impacted nearly 2,000 teams of teams member in our scaling efforts.

Manager - DevOps Transformation/DevOps CoE & Developer Practice

I served Delta by leading transformation for the cultural adoption of DevOps, continuous integration tools, and enterprise developer practice at Delta Air Lines. With this assignment, I built a team with variety of talented individuals to deliver a culture of DevOps by working across our enterprise promoting automation, developer practice, cross functional needs of product teams, introducing new CI/CD tools and processes, and constantly work towards continuous improvement. In collaboration with other CoE leaders, I recently lead the launch of a 'Dojo' to bring six of our CoE/teams together to work with our development community to change the way that we deliver software at Delta Air Lines. Our team supported ~4,000 engineers and installed, maintained, and supported GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonarqube, IDE tools, and others.
