Kimberly earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude from Rice University, where she was salutatorian.

Recruited to revitalize registered investment advisor, Hale and Dorr Wealth Advisors, the predecessor firm to Silver Bridge, owned by law firm WilmerHale LLP. Approximately 2/3rds of firm’s $1.5B in assets were in trust, with WilmerHale partners as trustees. Created and oversaw new strategic direction, migrating firm from proprietary investment manager to wealth advisor. Created a robust, centralized investment capability. Instituted “open architecture” investment platform. Redesigned business model and organizational structure. Assembled a new management team, and enhanced staff. Instituted more disciplined business management practices, especially compliance and risk management.
