As the Construction Model Manager for the Florida office of the Weitz Company I am in charge of all VDC/BIM work from Marketing through Building Operations. Currently we have implemented over 20 of the industry standard BIM Uses on projects under my supervision. I am also responsible for the training of all operations staff as related to BIM/VDC processes and software.

• Govt Center Elevator Replacement – Replaced 6 elevatorss for Palm Beach County at the downtown Govt Center Building. • Walker Elementary School – 3 Phase Elementary school renovation for Broward County School District. Work Included new cafeteria, renovated auditorium and demolition of existing cafeteria.

• BallenIsles Sports Complex – 65,000 SF of new construction. Building included salon and spa areas, locker rooms, kitchen, bar and dining facilities, cardio/weight studio, floor exercise rooms and a tennis proshop. Constructed new tennis stadium with clay exhibition tennis court. Renovated existing pool, pool deck, infrastructure and parking lots. • Boca Grove Country Club – 55,000 SF renovation and addition to existing clubhouse. Included new building skin, dining facilities and multiple kitchens. Worked closely with Palm Beach County Building Department after project completion to obtain certificate of occupancy. • John’s Island Beach Club – 96,000 SF of new construction. 51,000 SF beach club and 45,000 SF precast parking garage. Involved complex foundations east of the Coastal Construction Control Line. Building included below grade basement, bar and dining facilities, multiple kitchens and a library/billiard lounge. Site included below grade parking with precast deck above, parking lots and a multilevel pool deck with intricate pool. • West Palm Beach Golf Club – 140 Acre 18 Hole Golf Course Renovation. The project was a complete rebuild of the existing club including new irrigation, tees, greens, bunkers and waste areas. The course was restored to its original design and was completed in 120 days. • Kauai Lagoons Marriot Resort – 36 Hole Golf Course Renovation. The project was a redesign of 36 holes to 27 holes. The renovation included new irrigation, tees, greens, bunkers and was challenging due to an environmentally sensitive site and material procurement in Hawaii. The project was shut down due to the economic down turn after 3 months. • Tesoro Country Club – 82,400 SF of new construction. A new three level Italian styled clubhouse was installed in a new development. The building included a spa, wine room, 3 kitchens, dining and banquet areas as well as expansive loggias overlooking the golf course.

• Bella Collina Clubhouse & Gatehouse – 65,000 SF of new construction. 63,000 SF Clubhouse and 1,800 SF Gatehouse. The project was a GMP agreement to construct a multiple buildings in a new development including a Spa, Wine Room, Private and Formal Dining, 19th hole lounge, Pro Shop, Cart Storage and Security building. The club was a modeled after a historic Italian village with stone walls, heavy timber ceilings and extensive plaster and stone work. • Harbour Ridge Clubhouse – 40,000 SF renovation of a heavily damaged club by hurricanes Francis and Jeanne. The club was gutted and completely rebuilt. New exterior windows, skin and interior finishes were installed. A new grille room with a display kitchen was also installed.

• BGE Downtown Headquarters Expansion Project – 13 Story building separation including installing new stair towers, an elevator bank and a new executive floor. Each of the floors underwent tenant fit out as we progressed up the building. • BGE Pratt St. Renovation – Renovation of a 7 Story warehouse to turn two levels into an IT clean rooms and renovate existing floors to include office space and storage.
