About

I'm a cognitive psychologist currently leading the global User Research team across PlayStation Studios. At Google I worked on Stadia, Support Platform, Gmail, and Ads and was a co-author of Google's People + AI Research Guidebook. Prior to Google I was at Xbox Research, collaborating with game producers and development teams to improve player experience on Xbox, Xbox Kinect, and Windows. My research interests center on gaming, human-computer interaction in the context of AI, and human learning and problem solving more broadly. As a leader I focus on creating a culture of psychological safety and building systems to maximize the impact of research.
