Responsible for providing solutions between the Private Sector and National Institutions, collaborating in the field of regulation regarding official practices related to technical aspects applied in the Logistics Chain and Port Terminal. Consultancy in the development of Quality Processes for the Port Installation, ISO 9001. Assistance to clients in bulk, palletized, and project cargo types with the purpose of optimizing the logistic process, avoiding operational and normative inconveniences. Control of Infrastructure Works destined for cargo handling, and provision of auxiliary services requested by Customs. Responsible for analyzing Customs Regulations and their impact on the activity carried out by the permit holder. Implementation of RG 4532 AFIP for the Authorization of Fiscal Deposits and Port Terminals. Design and Implementation of Scanning Protocols, management of PESE and OEA Certifications, Management and compliance with Authorizations and Reports for Governmental entities including RENPRE, SENASA, ANMAC, and various AFIP Dependencies.

Responsible for generating and leading administrative/operational teams, with a continuous focus on improving safe processes. Terminal Representative with established relationships with Afip/DGA - Customs Police - Argentine Naval Prefecture. EMR & DEPOT Management and coordination of evacuations requested by Hamburg Sud, China Shipping, CMA CGM, Maersk Line. Assistance to internal and external operational departments, facilitating improvements in own or inter-terminal shipments. Stock control and analysis of operating costs. Supervision of work requested from suppliers, Trucking, Up-grade, PTI, Planning, and building development. CFS Coordination of the land logistics services area associated with import and export maritime activities. Creation of specific solutions and/or adaptation of Stuffing/Picking for SMEs. Selection and hiring of suppliers for the provision of logistics services and/or building development of the terminal. Execution of services: Consolidated, Deconsolidated, and Container Transport. Customs clearances. GATE Control of General Cargo and Container Inbound/Outbound. Operator of Navis Express & Sparc, N4 System. Development and execution of SOPs. Implementation of a system of work in SIM and Operations areas. Creation of advanced processes focused on cost reduction (PEX).

Promote smooth communication with peers and execute staff training plans. Prepare reports on the activities carried out for the campaigns in charge.
