Before ServiceMax and General Electric, Mark was Chief Operating Officer at ServicePower Technologies plc. Mark held this role for 3 years (March 2012 - January 2015). Before this, Mark held Group CRO-CSO - Service Power plc (SVR) position while working at ServicePower Technologies Ltd.; Mark occupied this position for 4 years (February 2008 - March 2012). Mark was a founding Fellow of the Institute of IT Training and has served as a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University, School of Through Life Engineering as a transformation specialist.
