Regional Digital Solutions Architect/Development ManagerDuring my work experience in the Middle East, I was responsible for implementing Huawei's government cloud offerings for digital solutions, with a focus on enhancing ICT infrastructure through 5G, IoT, AI, and cloud. I conducted RFI/RFP analysis, created partner proposals and quotes, and managed solution marketing demonstrations at major regional events. I also developed IoT and smart city solutions, provided support for POC construction, and devised new business models for IoT vertical industry solutions. Some of the selected projects I led include the first Smart City Platform MVP project in the Middle East, a complex AI Video Big Data Analytics Platform consultation and design, and the deployment of the Lightweight Smart Campus Portfolio proposition update. I was successful in leading teams of partners, presenting at regional events, and conducting customer demos across various industries. Troubleshoot alarms and handle if possible. Familiar with the IP mode in 3G transmission. Execute configuration file provided by back-office Engineers if needed. Escalate to the back office Engineer in needed alarms. Do hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reports for KPI and Network State for the 3G. Create, assign, and follow up “T.Ts” and “W.Os” to the FM to the response teams. Coordinate with different teams from different vendors in needed cases.
