The goal is always the same: reduce costs by automating tasks and improving productivity. MaxxVault conversion services will transition partners and customers from legacy systems into a MaxxVault solution.

Achieved solution/software quota in 7/7 fiscals. Grew solutions sales in Northeast territory by 280% in first year (improved from worst performing to leading territory in a year). Lead group in partner recruitment for Sharp Open Systems platform. Signed Sharp’s 4 largest partners to program (EMC, Onbase, eCopy, OmTool). Presented to several Fortune 1000 companies as member of select Sharp Corporate Account Team resulting in winning bids.

Developed product planning unit forecast plans along with sell through strategy. Prepared/implemented product marketing strategy and analysis activities in coordination with Sharp’s goals and objectives. Supported the development/implementation of activities related to pricing, programs, machine option ratios, collateral materials development and public relations interface and general marketing support as required by the product segment. Worked with 3rd party market research firms to develop case for high speed scanners and presented to Sharp Corporation
