Executive Vice President Of Operations at PackDash - E-commerce Order Fulfillment

About

At Packdash, I am responsible for all client onboarding and technology integration, and have become proficient in many E-commerce platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce. I connect all aspects of the company and ensure all operations within the company drive us forward. I use Slack, Notion, Loom, Tango.us, Calendly, and GCal to provide a top-notch customer experience. I'm also responsible for implementing no-code solutions to automate otherwise tedious processes internally and to provide dynamic client dacing data visualizations. As Institutional Partnerships Coordinator, I worked with high schools and university stakeholders to facilitate global internship (8 weeks) and microinternship (10-14 days) opportunities for students at startups worldwide. For 10 years I was responsible for operating, executing, and expanding the business of Lil Sluggers Chicago. Lil Sluggers began with around 50 kids, and I grew the program to roughly 1200 kids yearly, while maintaining a 90% retention rate. I did this with no marketing budget (100% organic, grassroots marketing). During that time I personally coached the vast majority of the programs offered, and ultimately trained other employees to emulate the standard of coaching set by me. In addition, I increased Lil Sluggers offerings with new lines of business and streams of income including a basketball program, enrichment, birthday parties and private lessons. During this time I also provided freelance video direction, production, and editing to Chicago Public Schools and was responsible for several key teacher and principal training videos still in circulation among staff today. I created these videos from start to finish, acting as the creative engine in translating Chicago Public School's vision into presentable and coherent final products. My skills include daily operations management, marketing, employee training and recruitment, child development, customer service, and the ability to inspire and lead a team. I think outside the box, I am organized and I can wear many hats in order to get the job done and carry out a vision. I’m looking to break into an industry that has growth potential, flexibility, and a clear vision for the future. My goal is to work in an environment with people that are as highly motivated as I am and to be part of a success driven team.
