Executive with over two decades of leadership experience in digital and analytics, having served in multiple sectors both as a leader in the field and as an executive consultant. Onur has a demonstrated track record of success over his career, consistently outperforming standards and operational success metrics. He currently serves as Chief Digital & Analytics Officer for St. Luke's Health System in Boise, where he 'transformed in place' an existing analytics organization to better serve the organization's requirements with a net zero change in budgetary expenditure. While at St. Luke's, his cutting-edge approach to analyzing, visualizing, and managing COVID crisis analytics earned the interest of leading technology sector research firm Gartner, with the result that Torusoglu’s COVID analytics solution was the subject of a Gartner case study. Previously, he served in a similar function at Ochsner Health System, where he designed and established the organization's first analytic center of excellence. Prior to these roles, he served as a trusted advisor to healthcare C-level executives as an analytics and strategy consultant for IBM, where he collaborated with healthcare sector leaders in the design and execution of enterprise-scale analytics programs, digital transformation initiatives, and data-driven business strategy development. He has also served in senior leadership positions at Cleveland Clinic, where he pioneered innovative cloud technology utilization for information technology support; at Cardinal Health, where he oversaw a $40 million business transformation project; and at Humana, where he managed a process redesign program that returned 40% in human capital efficiency savings to the organization over the life of the project. Onur holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Kentucky as well as an MBA from Indiana University. He has also studied extensively in Columbia University's artificial intelligence program.
