With strategic objective to take $450 Million cost out of $2.1 Billion annual spend, executed a road map to save $450M over three years through improved program delivery capabilities, realigning delivery organization, moving more work offshore, and rationalizing a portfolio of over 1900 global applications. Bench-marked IT organization against the industry to identify the levers to achieve $60M benefits over three years on an annual program spend of $600M. Directed vendor management with an annual spend of $50M - $60M (India to India).

Was promoted to the COO role, inheriting an 800+ person IT organization (represented 70% of the global IT team) with an attrition of 28%. Organizational leadership responsibility spanned 12 technology Centers of Excellence (CoEs) (e.g. SAP/Oracle Apps, Seibel, Data Warehousing/ Business Intelligence, IT Infrastructure, etc.). Designed and rolled out several organizational and people initiatives. Reduced attrition to 16% in one year through increased employee engagement, building leadership pipeline, redesigned career path, redesigned leadership development programs, and revamped middle management. Defined operational capability growth plans to support a newly reorganized GE Industrial ($33 Billion revenue).

Developed growth strategy for a mid-size financial services client to grow revenues 10X in three years. Proposed an IT strategy, aligned with growth, to provide online, digital capabilities to issue no-collateral loans at point-of-sale and provide a highly personalized user experience. Led IT Operations Planning (definition of Service Management processes) and IT Infrastructure Management at a large Health Care provider to ensure stable deployment of transformative solutions, ensuring stability, across multiple states. For OCBC bank (3rd largest in Singapore), as part of the core CIO team, redesigned processes and enterprise architecture, on an eBank transformative journey. Strategic objective was to enable OCBC bank to gain 360-degree insights on their customer interactions. Proposed redesigned processes, enterprise architecture (including core banking), and customer interaction capabilities. As a leader of the PMO, led few of the strategic, transformational programs at US Bank with a budget of $150 Million.
