Defined customer requirements and created the product roadmap including feature-level product definition, buy vs. build evaluations and the engineering schedule. Created the go-to-market strategy that included the business model and KPIs for the business. Co-authored the original AWS Internet of Things product and business plan, and got it approved by the CEO of Amazon Web Services.
