How does this work?

Finding elegant solutions to a problem is an art, and a skilled software engineer is an artist. I strive to paint the most beautiful masterpiece to all problems I encounter in my way and have fun doing it. With a goal in mind, there are 3 things I look for in my dream job: Opportunity to solve problems, new knowledge to learn, and chances to make a difference in the world. I bring more to my job than just a brain on a stick. In addition to creative and logical solutions, I also bring a bright and approachable. I enjoy working in a team and often find myself taking the leadership role whenever required. As a Team Lead and C++ software developer at Serato, my current responsibility contains 3 facets: Team leadership and management(working with PO and stakeholders), Mentoring and provide technical direction to my team members, and Software development in C++. While in Serato, I mainly use C++, but have worked with a range of other technologies, such as AWS Database and statistical data analysis (Python and SQL), IOS app prototyping(Obj C), debugging work for our main product and developing a range of new features (MIDI protocol, C++). I am familiar with the Scrum framework, as well as other common IT company processes (such as version control, branching etc.). Before Serato, I have completed my Master’s degree with First Class Honours (A+) from the University of Auckland. I have a BSc in CompSci and Psychology. My main research expertise was in Stereo Vision and Computer Vision and image/signal processing. In addition, I have a solid background in Algorithm, Mathematics, Research methodology and Statistics.
