I reported to the President of the company and collaborated with the Chief Product and Marketing Officers to influence go to market strategies.I joined the company while it was struggling to maintain margins in a more price sensitive marketplace and still dealing with disruption associated with reacquiring franchised sites.Successes include an increase in employee belief in leadership and direction, increased student satisfaction rates, NP improvement, and EBITDA contribution improvements of over 40%.

Oversaw all facets of a boutique test prep tutoring firm that served families throughout California. We specialized in personalized instruction and the visibility we provided parents into student progress was ahead of the curve.Key accomplishments include entering the Bay Area marketplace and growing it to be 40% of the business within 1.5 years despite the 4 year head start in Southern California, creating curriculum for CSU placement tests to supplement core college admissions testing business, and successfully transferring the brand to The Princeton Review
