Surf Air is an All-You-Can-Fly Membership Airline revolutionizing the way you fly. • Had vast responsibility as sole finance employee in a company with a complicated business and capital structure • Took full leadership of two enterprise-critical, time-critical and coterminous deals: 1) $8M equity financing and recapitalization and 2) $65M debt facility to buy 15 new aircraft and refinance existing 3 • Provided key assistance in implementing an RFP process with multiple aircraft manufacturers that led to an exclusive partnership and 65 aircraft deal • Built financial projections and budgets; dealt with debt compliance matters; owned day-to-day financial operations; served on management team reporting to CEO and Chairman

Assisted on teams advising K-Swiss in its share sale to E.Land, Nike in its sale of Cole Haan to Apax Partners and its sale of Umbro to Iconix, Louisiana Pacific in a senior notes offering and Edwards Lifesciences in various accelerated share repurchases. Assisted on teams wherein Goldman participated as a lender in senior debt facilities.
