The TV shows target boys and girls from 0 to 12 years old and broadcast on the leading national public (VRT & TROS) and commercial networks (VTM, RTL & Nickelodeon Benelux). The strength of the company is the business model based on perfect vertical integration of its IPs, going from the more classic A/V, merchandising/licensing, over books, magazines, interactive website, newspaper columns & feature films, a ballet school, all the way to theatre and theme parks. Responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing branding strategy globally in support of the overall business plan and strategic vision and direction of the organisation. Focus on Studio 100 global flagship brands Maya, Heidi, Vic the Viking, Blinky Bill as well as K3 animation and Bumba. Direct report to CEO and Board of Directors, working across the entire Studio 100 Group worldwide. - Set up the global consumer product division heading up marketing, communication, creative and product development, brand integrity, promotions, online/digital and licensing & merchandising
