Wrap raised $31 million led by Raine Ventures and Salesforce Ventures and sold was 2016. • Founded Wrap’s People Operations function. Implemented Greenhouse ATS, Parklet onboarding, Zenefits HRIS, doubling Wrap’s US team from 20 to 48 employees in less than six months before Wrap Media was sold. • Launched Wrap Lithuania LLC, hired tax, payroll and HR local resources, worked with US & Lithuania legal and recruited a team of software developers to build new features for the Wrap platform. • Developed values-driven people programs using Wrap’s Culture Club to advocate new initiatives, launched weekly Town Hall meetings, quarterly OKR goal setting, and bi-annual performance reviews designed to facilitate continuous communication and feedback.

Implemented Sonar6, created toolkits and training for the global executive team, managers, and employees to attain desired outcomes. Updated compensation & reward strategy to emphasize performance.
