SmartRent, the multifamily industry’s leading enterprise smart IoT company, provides a hub and software solution that allows residents and property managers to control a wide variety of commercially available IoT devices remotely, enabling both operational savings, ancillary revenue, and an in-demand amenity for tech-savvy renters.As SmartRent’s first sales executive, I hired, launched, and managed its first sales team, grew signed units by 85,000, developed a 2 million unit pipeline, and helped establish SmartRent’s market leadership position. During my tenure, signed unit count grew from 35,000 to 120,000, a year-over-year growth rate of 243%. 40,000 of these units were added in Q1 2020.

Working with some of the top broadcast teams in professional sports I've assisted in keeping accurate high level stats that gives viewers a data based story of the game they are watching. This includes working with the graphics producer and director on graphics that give viewers a visual representation of this data and the game trends behind it.

From 2012 to 2019 I oversaw the day-to-day sales operations of Rentals, one of the leading online destinations for rental housing in the United States and oversaw the transition from a direct sale to partnership-based model. I was also responsible for managing the day-to-day relationships with CoStar and Apartment List. 2007 to 2012 Regional Director of Sales. I was one of two Regional Sales Directors and was responsible for managing a sales team of 15 at its peak which serving the eastern US. 2005 to 2007 National Account Director. I oversaw Move’s relationships with the top 100 largest companies in the multifamily industry including Equity Residential, Winn Residential, Avalon Bay, and Berkshire Residential Investments. 2001 to 2005 Regional Advertising Executive. I was Move’s Account Executive in the mid-Atlantic region which included NJ, PA, DE, and MD. I developed Move’s first relationships with numerous multifamily companies including Morgan Properties, Town & Country Trust, The Kushner Companies, Capano, and Middlesex Management.
