About My career started in Industry with ICI Plc. I moved into consultancy first at PA Consulting, then eBusiness innovator Scient and boutique strategic innovation firm, The Foundation where I worked with M&S to develop their “Plan A” that has positioned them as the world’s most sustainable major retailer. I joined the fledgling tech start-up 2degrees Ltd in 2009 and built the corporate solutions business over the next 6 years. More recently as MD (Europe) for Natural Capital Partners I’ve worked with award winning clients such as Taylors of Harrogate, Freshfields, Microsoft and M&S. At Positive Momentum, we help businesses transform their approach to Leadership, Strategy, Innovation and Service but with a resolutely no nonsense style. Whether it's speaking at a conference, delivering a training seminar, providing a programme of one to one coaching or even actively leading transformation efforts we have a uniquely focused, enthusiastic and practical approach that is constructed around the specific needs of our clients. I work on challenges that can gain from my own skills and experiences in sustainable growth and innovation, plus the shared lessons from the other partners here and the resources of my clients. At Positive Momentum we believe that traditional consulting solutions can sometimes be too self-serving and generic - we've been on the receiving end ourselves. Classic conceive, architect, build, operate process for creating eBusiness for VC and Enterprise clients. London focused on Enterprise e.g. BP, Boots, Royal Sun Alliance.
