As director of insights and analytics, he led the measurement practice and devised campaign optimization strategies for Fortune 1000 companies. As partner, Steve ultimately helped Faction Media grow from startup to $10 million in revenue in just five years, putting the company on INC’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list for three years straight.
