20 years of experience in the wide range of Primary Care to include monitoring & vaccinating healthy children, counseling teenagers, guiding new parents and treating all the usual problems such as hypertension, diabetes, obesity. Specializing in management of chronic and complex conditions, Dr. Benchoff has directed both an Army Warrior Transition Unit and Ft. Campbell Intrepid Medical Center. She specializes in chronic pain and loves helping her patients with acupuncture treatments. A 3 time Hawaii Ironman finisher, Dr. Benchoff always has a soft spot for athletes.

As Officer in Charge and then Medical Director I first and foremost provided care to our Soldiers and their Families. Our clinic was growing to become a hospital at the time so I helped assimilate new providers for our Birthing Pavilion and our expansion in services. During that time we also started our Wounded Warrior Program and we built a team of staff to care for the Wounded and Injured Soldiers who were sent back from the front lines of Afghanistan and needed help recovering and transitioning back to the United States and civilian life.
