Liaising with international teams based in India, Singapore & the US, my task was to prepare and drive the new location based audience product to market. Setting up internal & external partner processes & work flows whilst projecting managing & aligning multiple teams were key elements within the role. Providing optimisation & pricing guidance, responsibilities also involved responding to briefs & working with external suppliers to troubleshoot technical issues & discrepancies.

Projects were centred on O2’s intelligent messaging service, as well as campaign organisation, research, & handling launch processes.
