My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully create and optimize operational processes that dominate at scale - I put the customer at the center of everything I do - I clear the path so my team can execute unencumbered - I excel at solving big problems and understand the realities of budget and time - I firmly believe that a process is only as good as the data that went into its creation I can lead and grow world class operations teams from 10-100 people - I listen to the team, find the pain, and tackle it head on - I subscribe to Drucker's quote "Culture eats strategy for breakfast" - I speak tech and exec and can bridge the gaps between - When the team fails, it falls on me I am a constant learner and drive myself to grow daily - I am constantly seeking new knowledge because the landscape is ever evolving - I learn from mistakes but never dwell on the past - I am calm and even keeled, even during the most stressful of times - I focus on making high-quality decisions but am not afraid to reevaluate Outside of work my kids and family are my greatest joys. I work hard to provide them the best life I can which includes my presence and time. I get great fulfillment from volunteering, mentorship, and board service because these I appreciate and acknowledge all the help I've had along the way.
