    • Pushed a concept shift from a “local payment app” to a “market network for local commerce”; this change supported the next funding round. • Implemented a product measurement and tracking plan (Top-line and other supportive metrics) using 3rd-party tools such as Mixpanel and HubSpot. • Led the growth taskforce; architected a lead-nurturing strategy using tools like HubSpot, Braze, and SendGrid. • Increased supply acquisition by implementing a business referral program. • Optimized the payment flow and security, leading to an increase in completed checkouts. • Led the fraud prevention taskforce; successfully launched features and core improvements to prevent fraudulent activity and increase supply retention as a result.

    • Developed customized solutions for clients using our product, HTML, CSS & JavaScript (jQuery); designed the solution per customers’ requirements using CSS. • Researched new ways to implement & integrate WalkMe’s product for high-volume customers, working with APIs and various tools and platforms used by our customers. • Served as a subject matter expert for WalkMe’s data products; worked with various analytics tools (internal A/B testing tool, GoodData, SiSense, Excel, MySQL) to analyze user behavior, prove solutions’ value, and calculate ROI. • Chosen to participate in 7 strategic customers (EMEA) on-site visits.
