Using management agreements, we form partnerships with landlords to operate flexible office spaces and deliver hospitality services to tenants in nearly 100 locations across 45 cities in the U.S. Industrious is the country's leading provider of premium coworking and flexible office space for large and small teams. Investors include Riverwood Capital Partners, Brookfield Properties retail group, TF Cornerstone, Granite Properties, Equinox, Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, Fifth Wall Capital, and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.

Built and managed a novel property management model with centralized leasing, member experience and operations to support a national customer base and portfolio of properties. Our tech-enabled services allowed us to offer flexible lease terms and a great experience to our members. Served as an executive in the company from early to growth stage, owned the P&L for our property network and managed 60+ employees across 7 cities. Responsible for the customer journey, from lead to renewal. My teams included leasing (inside sales, leasing agents, onboarding, renewals), customer support, community experience, facilities management, housekeeping, and corporate functions like business operations and people operations. Common is a technology-enabled, residential consumer brand offering convenience and community in flexible coliving and traditional apartments. Common has raised over $110M from investors such as Kinnevik, Norwest, Maveron, 8VC and others.
